  • Tool submissions: When you submit a tool, we collect the tool name, URL, description, category, and your email address for follow-up purposes.
  • Usage data: We collect anonymized analytics data (page views, tool views) via Cloudflare Web Analytics. This does not use cookies or track you across sites.
  • Admin accounts: If you are an admin, we store your email and authentication session via Supabase Auth.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

  • Review and publish tool submissions.
  • Communicate with you about your submission status.
  • Improve and maintain the Service.
  • Analyze usage patterns to improve user experience.

4. Cookies and Tracking

Foruda uses minimal cookies strictly necessary for operation (e.g., authentication sessions for admins). Our analytics are powered by Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is privacy-first and does not use cookies or fingerprinting. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site trackers.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely in our database (Supabase/PostgreSQL) hosted on infrastructure with industry-standard security measures including encryption at rest and in transit. We retain submission data as long as the tool is listed or pending review. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

6. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may process data:

  • Supabase — database and authentication hosting.
  • Cloudflare — CDN, image hosting (R2), and privacy-preserving analytics.
  • Vercel — website hosting and deployment.
  • Anthropic — AI processing for automated tool discovery (no personal data is sent).

Each of these providers has their own privacy policies governing their use of data.

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share data only when required by law or to protect the rights and safety of Foruda and its users.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Request access to the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate data.
  • Request deletion of your data.
  • Withdraw consent for email communications at any time.
